A. Oral Hygiene
Alex has maintained his excellent oral hygiene.
In order to insure proper health, please remember to visit your
Dentist for your regular 6 month prophylaxis and examination. If your
Dentist prefers to have the arch wires removed for the cleaning, please call us so we can schedule
the necessary time to remove and re-insert the wires. For your convenience,
try to schedule your cleanings on the same day as your regular orthodontic
appointment.
B. Elastic Wearing
Satisfactory. With minor exceptions, Alex appears to be wearing his elastics
as instructed.
